I don't remember this from the comic (if someone can enlighten me here) but how does Kinomoto Sakura get involved into this story?
I did have been wondering if ever Kinomoto Sakura will be part of the TSUBASA story since the beginning it's been shown that Clow Reed is. With Sakura (of TSUBASA) lost her feathers, I imagine that must also affected Kinomoto Sakura and her power too if they're related i.e. share the same soul.
Anyway, I imagine this image could be just a mirage seen by any of the characters - most likely Syaoran. Could this be a hint that Syaoran from TSUBASA really be Li Syaoran from Card Captor Sakura like some speculated before? Or may be even Sakura is actually the clone of Kinomoto Sakura now who's vanished??]]>Seiyu Award 2008

If you accept my apologies, now I can tell you that thanks to Yahoo Japan finally updated with the last published chapter of Wing of Destiny, we are as much up to date on the story as anyone in the world (probably except the producers... ^^)
Much akin to my speculation from before, Sora's current state is unknown, but certainly not good IMO.
The last chapter shows the grown up Rosetta being invited again to perform at the stage "Deep Blue", which will also serve as Yume and Fiana's debut stage. The first words that Rosetta says when she arrive at the stage was:
"I'm back, Sora."
Which in Japanese, this is said only by someone who's coming home to someone that's currently at home. But knowing that Sora is not actually in Kaleido Stage, there's really few choices to speculate what is going on...
(And what is that all about having Ken seeing an illusive feather flowing in the sky after doing that Fairy of the Stage talk!!)
And one other thing revealed is that it is make clear Rosetta WAS the third and last called "those who chosen by the stage", so for 14 years there has been no one else reached Sora, Layla and Rosetta had reached before.
I guess the last interesting bit would be that now Rosetta can maneuver 100 diabolos on stage, which she shoot them all down from a high stand. And what nice name this maneuver has - "Shootin Star"!]]>xxxHOLiC site down

Thank to our Japanese Miss Sayaka fans, it is discovered that even with Comic Fang discontinued and Vol.1's release indefinitely postponed, Yahoo! Japan actually is hosting the Kaleido Star manga for free for their online comic service!
Chapter 1 & 2 are now up and update frequency is every two weeks.

The reason behind this was actually that my mother developed complication from her long term illness, and passed away shortly after. All resulted in me having to make an urgent visit to Hong Kong early last week, where I still remain as of typing.
May she have eternal peace in the hands of God, and we look forward to the day we will meet again in Heaven which her absence now will just be temporary.
Back to the Embassy's business, I plan to make some summarized update soon, which should recap the many news that came out during these few days. Probably in the recent future too updates will also been done in similar fashion. Regular updates should resume hopefully before end of next month.

Kaleido Star: Wing of Destiny is actually the correct official name used. I guess we should all use that from now on.
And we can all be sure that Wikipedia is wrong on this one, about Sora married Leon and have kids (first clue would be that not even the Japanese wikipedia mentions about such a story premise.)
What I'm not sure is where is the source of the one who wrote that entry.
Granted I haven't read the manga in its entirety, but I've been reading Japanese blogs that have comments up to the episodes that's just out in Japan. And it's clear as water that
NOTHING ABOUT SORA'S PRESENT STATE HAS BEEN MENTIONED
in the manga, except that she hasn't visited her family for years which drives Yume to join Kaleido Stage in hope of meeting her.
The truth is anyone who's actually been reading the manga all these time in Japan is speculating about Sora and Layla as much as we do. (and I can tell you that there are more speculations on that Sora's being dead than she's married =P )
So we can all put our worry to rest. I think the bigger thing to worry right now would be how this story will continue, with the comic magazine it has be serializing on now discontinued...

Monthly Comic Fang, which Kaleido Star: Wings to the Future will stop its publishing after the final volume this month. That makes its existence lasted just about one year.
Hope that Kaleido Star will fly its way to a better recognized comic magazine, for a real future.]]>
